Investor Returns

With this packet, Dooley Developments is offering the opportunity to purchase Class A Preferred Units in the form of shares. These shares range from a minimum of 50,000 units to a maximum of 15,000,000 units; each unit holding a par value of $1.00. The capitalization amount will range from $50,000.00 to $15,000,000.00.

With these shares, you will receive a 6% preferred return, in addition to a 30% profit interest in the company. We anticipate each member to receive an IRR on their investment anywhere from 18%-25%. To remain SEC-compliant, Dooley Developments will be using a White Label
software platform called eVest, which is a digitally based system platform that manages investor information, compliance forms, investor statements, and funds distribution.


Below, you will find the terms of profits interest and preferred return.
Profits Interest refers to an equity right based on the future value of the number of shares purchased in Dooley Developments. Once your preferred return is paid, Dooley Developments divides the remaining profits and you will receive a 30% profit interest in addition to your preferred return, paid out pro-rata based on the number of units owned and investment period in this fund.


Preferred Return refers to a threshold that the limited partners of a private equity fund must receive before Dooley Developments receives its carried interest.


The term of the fund is 40 months with preferred return and profit share distributions being made on or around January 15th 2023.
